1. Introduction

Welcome to the official PokeXGames forum!

The primary purpose of this forum is to provide a platform where players can discuss the game, share their experiences, and provide feedback and suggestions in a friendly and welcoming environment.

To ensure that the forum remains orderly and safe for everyone, we have established some guidelines that must be followed. Our moderators enforce these rules fairly and consistently without resorting to individual punishment or education. They will intervene as necessary to maintain a forum that reflects the game's values.

2. Considerations

2.1.:   This is a private area exclusively for the PokeXGames community. Discussion of competing or similar games is prohibited.
2.1.1.:  Don't reopen threads that our moderators have closed or deleted. Ignoring this can result in a 30-day ban.
2.1.2.:  Don't rehash or share content from threads or posts that our team has decided to delete. This could also result in a 30-day ban.
2.1.3.:  Repeated violations of forum rules may result in increasingly severe moderation actions.
2.1.4.:  Negative behavior, such as destructive criticism, sarcasm, or harmful communication, will not be tolerated and may result in a ban.
2.1.5.:  If you do not agree with our forum rules, you can request the deletion of your account¹.
2.1.6.:  If you want to discuss in-game or forum penalties or have any queries regarding Tickets or Reports, please use the official website's Ticket system. Any posts or threads on these topics will be deleted, and you may even face a permanent ban.
2.2.:   The Portuguese, English, and Spanish languages are allowed on the forum. However, you can only use Polish in the Polish-specific subsection within the International Forums section.
2.3.:   You are responsible for any content you post on the forum as a user. By posting, you grant PokeXGames the right to display and store your content on this platform.
2.4.:   PokeXGames is not responsible for any content users post on the forum. Our company does not guarantee any forum postings' accuracy, truthfulness, or completeness.
2.5.:   Apart from the general guidelines, users must follow the specific rules of each forum section.
2.6.:   Moderators have the authority to take necessary actions to manage discussions, even in situations that do not directly violate any specific rule. Additionally, the PokeXGames team reserves the right to delete any thread or post at any time without prior notice if necessary.
2.6.1.:   Any posts or threads that reference or quote content from a previously deleted user's post or thread will be deleted, regardless of direct involvement or the likelihood of sparking further discussion.
2.6.2.:   A moderator's decision to delete or edit a post or thread is valid if the management team approves it, even without a specific rule violation.
2.7.:   User IP addresses are recorded during registration and for each new forum post for identification purposes. Violating these rules can lead to game-related punishments, including an account ban.
2.7.1.:   If a user who has been banned posts using another account, either their own or someone else's, that account will face similar penalties in both the forum and game, and all their posts will undergo moderation.
2.7.2.:   Using the same IP for several accounts is permitted, but if one account is banned, all associated accounts will also be banned, which may affect the game account.
2.8.:   Opinions expressed by users, moderators, tutors, and volunteers do not necessarily reflect PokeXGames' official stance.
2.9.:   You are allowed to create only one account on the forum. Creating extra accounts may be flagged as duplicates and banned. Repeated offenses could lead to a ban on your game account. If you've lost your password, click on the Lost Password feature to retrieve it via email.
2.10.:   Selling, buying, or lending PokeXGames accounts is strictly prohibited, both in the game and on the forum. Breaking this rule could result in an account ban.
2.11.:   Our community is built on integrity and mutual respect. Therefore, slandering or defaming other users is not allowed and can lead to disciplinary action. This rule applies to everyone in our community, regardless of their role or rank.
2.12.:   Rules are subject to change, addition, or removal at any time. It is your responsibility to stay updated.

3. Conduct

3.1.:   Posting meaningless content such as spam or messages that bypass the minimum character limit system is prohibited. Any violations will not be tolerated and will result in immediate consequences. Repeated offenses will be met with strong action, including being marked as a flooder and facing severe penalties.
3.1.1.:   It is imperative that strict standards are adhered to in the Support & Bugs and Questions sections, as they play an integral role in assisting users. Any instances of flooding in these sections will not be tolerated and will result in severe penalties.
3.1.2.:   Engaging in flooding to artificially boost your forum rank, and to obtain titles such as "Experienced Member" or "Forum Legend" for advantages such as custom avatars, is strictly prohibited. Such behavior will result in an immediate and mandatory 3-day ban.
3.2.:   It is imperative that no posts are made that point out repetitive or useless topics. The Report tool must be utilized instead. Such posts are considered flooding and will not be tolerated. The Report tool should also be used for reporting offenses or rule violations, and any violations will be dealt with strictly.
3.3.:   Refrain from posting in threads that have been inactive for over a month. If you come across an old topic that you think has become relevant again, you must contact our moderators for permission before reviving it to avoid any potential penalties.
3.4.:   It is crucial that personal disputes are kept off the forum, as they can result in severe consequences.
3.5.:   Offensive language is not allowed in any form on this platform. We have a zero-tolerance policy for such behavior. If you encounter any issues with a user, please contact our moderators immediately. Even abbreviations or foreign terms that resemble offensive language will not be tolerated to prevent any misunderstandings.
3.6.:   Any game-related irregularities or team member misconduct must be reported via a Ticket, and not on the forum. Public discussion on such matters is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. Please help us maintain a safe and fair gaming environment by promptly reporting any issues through the appropriate channels.
3.7.:   Refrain from publicly addressing others' missteps or acting as a moderator. Instead, report any inappropriate behavior directly to the mod team. This will ensure that the matter is handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
3.8.:   Any posts written in all Caps Lock will be edited promptly, since they are interpreted as shouting and a sign of disrespect.
3.9.:   It is imperative to maintain an environment of mutual respect. Refrain from making any derogatory comments based on a user's level of knowledge. Such behavior will not be tolerated.
3.10.:   Please only disseminate precise information and reply only if you possess knowledge about the subject or valuable insights.
3.10.1.:   Intentionally misleading others will result in a ban.
3.11.:   It is prohibited to impersonate PokeXGames team members or post any content that could be misconstrued as official communication. This includes creating suggestion threads that resemble official spotlights or even reproducing changelogs or Dev Notes. We take this matter very seriously, and any policy violation will result in immediate action.

4. Posting and Forbidden Content

4.1.:   It is strictly prohibited to post content that violates Brazilian federal law, including piracy, racism, or any discrimination and inappropriate material for minors.
4.2.:   Sharing or requesting pirated software, games, music, or movies and posting any links that provide access to copyrighted material, either directly or indirectly (ed2k, torrents, magnet links, HTTP, FTP, and others), is not allowed.
4.3.:   Encouraging or promoting rule violations on PokeXGames forums or websites is prohibited. This includes discussions promoting bot use, account sharing, account selling, and copyright misuse. We are not liable for any harm from accessing suspicious or malicious links. Please note that posts with non-standard file extensions are illegal and risky. Use caution with unfamiliar or unofficial links.
4.3.1.:   Only PokeXGames team members are authorized to post download links, and we are not responsible for any damage from files outside our official domains.
4.4.:   Advertising or spamming on the forum is prohibited. Attempts to promote other games, products, services, or schemes will result in an account ban without prior notice.
4.5.:   Using materials from unofficial PokeXGames sources requires explicit permission from the author.
4.6.:   Postings or discussions that hint at or encourage illegal trade, such as buying or selling items, Pokémon, or characters, are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Any violations will result in immediate removal of content and penalties for all parties involved. If you encounter such violations, please report them immediately using the Ticket system.
4.7.:   Flooding the space with irrelevant or meaningless content that does not contribute to the discussion is prohibited.
4.8.:   Posting deliberately offensive content to provoke hostile reactions or flaming is prohibited and will result in strict disciplinary action.
4.9.:   While photo replies are allowed, they must be relevant and non-offensive. This includes self-explanatory images or GIFs that do not require further explanation or additions. However, this is prohibited in tournament areas.
4.10.:   Creating posts or topics that slander or harm the PokeXGames' reputation is strictly prohibited. This includes making statements such as "PXG is garbage," "don't play PXG," or "PXG is greedy," and similar remarks. Engaging in such behavior will lead to severe consequences.
4.11.:   Disorganized, incomplete, or non-functional threads may be closed or deleted. We strongly encourage using text formatting options like color, font type, size, bold, italic, and underlining moderately and judiciously. Posts failing to comply with this guideline may be edited or deleted.
4.12.:   You are not allowed to make two consecutive posts (double post) in the same thread, except when posting in the Life Threads and Center sections.
4.12.1.:   Use the Quote feature to reference multiple posts.
4.13.:   Any form of prejudice or discrimination, including but not limited to ethnicity, social class, or religion, will not be tolerated on this forum.
4.14.:   Sharing or posting sexual or pornographic images or related materials is strictly prohibited across all areas of the forum, including usernames, avatars, and signatures.
4.15.:   Promoting or glorifying the use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden.
4.16.:   Sharing links that modify the PokeXGames client without authorization, use bots, access private servers, contain malware, or exploit game bugs is strictly prohibited.
4.17.:   You may not share real-life photos or similar content.
4.18.:   Posting spoilers is only allowed in the Spoilers section. Moreover, users must strictly adhere to the rules stipulated for this purpose, which can be found here.
4.19.:   Unauthorized advertising is not allowed.

5. Username

5.1.:   When creating an account, choose a username that is distinct and not similar to the usernames of PokeXGames team members. Refrain from using offensive or inappropriate language or anything that may lead to confusion.
5.1.1.:   If your username violates the naming guidelines, it will be replaced with "FilteredNameX," where "X" is a unique number. If your username is modified, you can request a new one from a Community Manager by sending them a private message on the forum.

6. Avatar and Signature

6.1.:   The use of avatars or signatures featuring images or texts related to, but not limited to, other games on the same platform, advertisements, political or religious content, well-known brands, pornography, racism, homophobia, xenophobia, explicit violence, pedophilia, Nazism, drug use, or any other forms of prejudice and discrimination is forbidden.
6.2.:   Users may not use titles or ranks that suggest they hold official positions in the forum, such as Administrator, Community Manager, Moderator, or any title associated with forum moderation or administration roles.
6.3.:   The use of screenshots as avatars is prohibited.
6.4.:   Offensive content, whether in images or text in avatars or signatures, is prohibited.
6.5.:   Personal photos are off-limits unless they're of public figures (e.g., actors, singers, characters, and others), and even then, they must align with our forum standards.
6.6.:    Forum managers and moderators may remove or modify user avatars and signatures without prior notice if they do not comply with the rules. Depending on the severity of the violation, disciplinary action may be taken.

7. General Tips

7.1.:   Avoid quoting the initial thread unless you are referring to specific posts other than the first one. Long threads should only be quoted relevant to your response to keep the conversation clear and fluid. Overly large texts or images should not be quoted to ensure a good reading experience.
7.2.:   Take extra care in crafting your thread titles. Engaging and relevant titles draw more attention and participation. Generic titles may lead to edits or even deletion by our moderators.
7.2.1.:   Do not create threads on topics already covered in the forum, including suggestions offering the same solutions to previously discussed problems. Use the (Search) feature to check for existing similar discussions before starting a new thread.
7.3.:   Stay on topic when replying in a thread. If the topic is unclear or you have nothing to add, there is no need to force a response. Let interested parties carry on the conversation while you explore other topics that better suit your interests.
7.4.:   Respect the variety of opinions among users. Express and advocate for your view constructively, but avoid creating conflicts or offending others.
7.5.:   Be mindful of how you format your posts and threads. Use color, font types, size, bold, italics, and underlining judiciously to emphasize certain parts of your message, not to clutter your post with unnecessary graphics.
7.6.:   The forum isn't the right place for lodging complaints. Use the Tickets system on the official website in such cases.
